Iibhola zesonka senkukhu

Izithako:
- I-cubes yenkukhu engenamathambo 500g
- Lal mirch (i-Red chilli) ityunyuzwe 1 tsp
- Lehsan umgubo (i-garlic powder) 1 tsp
- I-himalayan pink ityuwa 1 tsp okanye ukunambitha
- Kali mirch powder (umgubo omnyama wepepper) 1 isipuni
- I-Mustard intlama 1 tbsp.
- Cornflour 2 tbs
- Hara pyaz (Spring onion) amagqabi anqunqwe ½ indebe
- Anda (Iqanda) 1
- Isonka izilayi 4- 5 okanye njengoko kufuneka
- Ukupheka ioli yokucoca
Izikhokelo:
- Kwi-chopper, yongeza inkukhu & unqumle kakuhle.
- Yigqithisele esityeni, galela itshilisi ebomvu ecoliweyo, umgubo wegalikhi, ityuwa epinki, umgubo wepepile emnyama, umgubo wemostad, icornflour, i-spring onion, iqanda udibanise de udityaniswe kakuhle.
- Sika imiphetho yesonka kwaye usike kwiityhubhu ezincinci.
- Ngoncedo lwezandla ezimanzi, thabatha umxube (40g) kwaye wenze iibhola ezinobungakanani obulinganayo.
- Yamba ibhola yenkukhu ngeetyhubhu zesonka uze ucinezele ngobumnene ukuseta imilo.
- Kwiwok, fudumeza i-oyile yokupheka kwaye uqhotse kwi-flame ephakathi kude kube yigolide kunye ne-crispy (yenza i-15) .
