Izithako:

  • I-cubes yenkukhu engenamathambo 500g
  • Lal mirch (i-Red chilli) ityunyuzwe 1 tsp
  • Lehsan umgubo (i-garlic powder) 1 tsp
  • I-himalayan pink ityuwa 1 tsp okanye ukunambitha
  • Kali mirch powder (umgubo omnyama wepepper) 1 isipuni
  • I-Mustard intlama 1 tbsp.
  • Cornflour 2 tbs
  • Hara pyaz (Spring onion) amagqabi anqunqwe ½ indebe
  • Anda (Iqanda) 1
  • Isonka izilayi 4- 5 okanye njengoko kufuneka
  • Ukupheka ioli yokucoca

Izikhokelo:

  1. Kwi-chopper, yongeza inkukhu & unqumle kakuhle.
  2. Yigqithisele esityeni, galela itshilisi ebomvu ecoliweyo, umgubo wegalikhi, ityuwa epinki, umgubo wepepile emnyama, umgubo wemostad, icornflour, i-spring onion, iqanda udibanise de udityaniswe kakuhle.
  3. Sika imiphetho yesonka kwaye usike kwiityhubhu ezincinci.
  4. Ngoncedo lwezandla ezimanzi, thabatha umxube (40g) kwaye wenze iibhola ezinobungakanani obulinganayo.
  5. Yamba ibhola yenkukhu ngeetyhubhu zesonka uze ucinezele ngobumnene ukuseta imilo.
  6. Kwiwok, fudumeza i-oyile yokupheka kwaye uqhotse kwi-flame ephakathi kude kube yigolide kunye ne-crispy (yenza i-15) .
