Izithako:
-Ubisi luka-Olper 2 iikomityi
-I-Olper's Cream ¾ Cup (iqondo lobushushu begumbi)
-Elaichi powder (umgubo weCardamom ) ½ tsp
-Iswekile 3-4 tbs okanye incasa
-Cornflour 2 tbs
-Saffron okanye Kewra essence ½ tsp
-Pista (Pistachios) zinqunqwe 1-2 tbs
-Badam (Iialmonds) zinqunqwe 1-2 tbs
-IGhee (Ibhotolo ecacisiweyo) 1 & ½ tbs
-Sewaiyan (Vermicelli) icoliwe 250g
-Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder) 1 tsp
-Amanzi 4 tbs
-Ubisi olujikisiweyo 5-6 tbs
Izalathiso:
Lungisa iRabri eKhawulezayo:
-Epanini, yongeza ubisi, ikrimu, umgubo wecardamom, iswekile , cornflour & whisk kakuhle.
-Vula umlilo kwaye upheke kwidangatye eliphantsi de lijiye. Lungisa iindebe zeVermicelli (Sev Katori):
-Kwipani yokuqhotsa, yongeza ibhotolo ecacileyo kwaye uyivumele inyibilike.
-Yongeza i-vermicelli, xuba kakuhle kwaye uqhotse kwidangatye eliphantsi de litshintshe. umbala kunye nevumba elimnandi (2-3 imizuzu).
-Yongeza umgubo wecardamom kwaye udibanise kakuhle. xuba kakuhle kwaye upheke kwidangatye eliphantsi kangangemizuzu eyi-1-2 okanye de ibencangathi.
Ukudibanisa:
