Dahi Bhindi

I-Bhindi yimifuno edumileyo yaseIndiya eyaziwa ngeenzuzo zayo ezininzi zempilo. Ngumthombo olungileyo wefiber, i-iron, kunye nezinye izondlo ezibalulekileyo. I-Dahi Bindi sisitya se-curry esekwe iyogathi yaseIndiya, esongezo esinencasa kuso nasiphi na isidlo. Kulula ukuyilungisa kwaye incasa kamnandi nge chapati okanye irayisi. Izithako:
- 250 grams bhindi (okra)
- 1 ikomityi iyogathi
- 1 itswele
- 2 iitumato
- 1 tsp imbewu ye-cumin
- 1 tsp umgubo we-turmeric
- 1 tsp umgubo wetshili obomvu
- 1 tsp garam masala
- Ityuwa ukungcamla
- Amagqabi e-coriander amatsha okuhombisa
Imiyalelo:
1. Geza kwaye womise i-bhindi, uze usike iziphelo kwaye usike zibe ngamaqhekeza amancinci.
2. Fudumeza ioli ngepani. Yongeza imbewu ye-cumin kwaye ubavumele ukuba bachithe.
3. Yongeza itswele elinqunqiweyo kwaye ugxothe de libe mdaka wegolide.
4. Yongeza iitumato ezinqunqiweyo, i-turmeric powder, umgubo wetshili obomvu, kunye netyuwa. Pheka de itumato ithambe.
5. Ukubetha i-curd kude kube lula kwaye ungeze kumxube, kunye negaram masala.
6. Yivuselele ngokuqhubekayo. Yongeza i-bhindi kwaye uyipheke de i-bhindi ijike ithenda.
7. Wakuba ugqibile, yihombisa iDahi Bhindi ngamagqabi ekoriyanda. I-Dahi Bindi yakho emnandi ilungele ukuphakelwa.
