I-Hojicha Cheesecake Cookie

Izithako:
- 220g umxube womgubo wegf (88g tapioca starch, 66g umgubo webuckwheat, 66g wemillet yomgubo) kodwa ungasebenzisa nawuphi na umgubo wegf okanye rhoqo yonke injongo.
- 1/2 tsp soda yokubhaka
- 2 tbsp umgubo wehojicha
- 2 tbsp i-vanilla extract
- 113g ibhotolo ethambileyo engenatyiwa
- 110g iswekile egranulated
- 50g iswekile emdaka
- 1 tbsp tahini
- 1/2 tsp yetyuwa
- 1 iqanda & neqanda eli-1 i-yolk
- 110g cream cheese
- 40g ibhotolo engaxutywanga
- 200g iswekile engumgubo
- 1/2 tbsp yejusi yelamuni
- ipinki yetyuwa
- 1 tsp i-vanilla paste (ukhetho)
Imiyalelo:
- Preheat too 350F.
- Fakela kwigranulated iswekile, iswekile emdaka, ityuwa uze udibanise (akukho mfuneko yokuba ukubetha ukuze udibanise umoya).
- Yongeza amaqanda kunye ne-tahini.
- Kwesinye isitya, hlaza umgubo wakho kunye kunye nokongeza i-baking soda.
- Yongeza owomileyo kwisitya. manzi kwaye udibanise.
- Faka efrijini ngokufanelekileyo ngobusuku kodwa ubuncinci iyure enye ukuze intlama ifakwe emanzini kunye neencasa ziphuhlise ( trust me it makes a difference!!!).
- Scoop kwiibhola (malunga ne-30g / ibhola) kwaye uqinisekise ukuba uyawahlula kwaye ubhake i-13-15 mins kwi-350F.
- Ukwenza i-frosting, nge-standmixer okanye i-whisk yombane, ubethe i-cream cheese kunye nebhotela de ilula kwaye inomoya.
- Faka ijusi yelamuni, ityuwa, i-vanilla paste (ukuba unayo) kunye neswekile egayiweyo de ukuqina kuqine.
- Lindela amaqebengwana aphole phambi kokuba kuqabake. Hombisa ngokufafazwa okanye uthuli lwehojicha.
li>Kwisitya esiphakathi, xuba umgubo wehojicha kunye ne-vanilla extract kunye de ibe yintlama, uze ugalele ibhotolo uze udibanise de ube homogenous.
