Izalathiso:
- Gcoba amazambane ngoncedo lwe-grater kwaye ubeke eceleni.
- Emanzini abilayo, beka i-strainer, yongeza iitapile ezigxuthiweyo kunye ne-blanch kwidangatye eliphakathi imizuzu emi-3, cima kwaye ubeke bucala.
- Kwiwok, yongeza umgubo wegram, ityuwa epinki, imbewu yasekumin, umgubo wetshilisi obomvu, umgubo weturmeric, imbewu yecoriander, imbewu yecarom, intlama yeginger ikonofile, amanzi kunye ne-whisk de idityaniswe kakuhle.
