- Adrak lehsan paste (i-Ginger garlic paste) 1 & ½ tbs
- Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 1 & ½ tbs
- Kashmiri lal mirch (Kashmiri red chilli) powder 1 tbs
- Himalayan pink ityuwa 1 & ½ tsp okanye ukungcamla
- umgubo weZeera (umgubo weCumin) 1 tsp
- Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) ½ tbs okanye ukungcamla
- Garam masala umgubo ½ tsp
- Dahi (Iyogathi) 300g
- Amanzi 1 & ½ indebe
- Amanzi ashushu 1 indebe
- Kewra amanzi 1 & ½ tsp
