Izithako:
- 1 Katori Dalia
- 1/2 icephe leGhee
- 1 icephe leJeera (imbewu ikumin )
- 1/2 icephe ebomvu chilli powder
- 1/2 tablespoon Umgubo weHaldi (i-turmeric)
- 1 icephe letyuwa (ngokwencasa yakho)
- 1 Indebe ye-Hari Matar (ii-ertyisi eziluhlaza)
- 1 Ubungakanani obuphakathi Tamatar (itumato)
- 3 Hari Mirch (itshilisi eluhlaza)
- 1250 gm Amanzi
Okulandelayo, yongeza i-Dalia kwi-cooker kwaye ushukumise imizuzu embalwa ukuze uyiqhole kancinci, ukongeza incasa yayo ye-nutty. Landela oku ngokugalela umgubo wetshili obomvu, umgubo wehaldi, kunye netyuwa. Hlanganisa i-Hari Matar kwaye udibanise yonke into kakuhle.
Thela kwi-1250 gm yamanzi, uqinisekise ukuba zonke izithako zifakwe emanzini. Vala isiciko se-cooker kwaye upheke iimpempe ezi-6-7 kubushushu obuphakathi. Nje ukuba kwenziwe, vumela uxinzelelo ukuba lukhulule ngokwemvelo ngaphambi kokuvula. I-Dalia khichdi yakho ilungile ngoku!
