  • 1 Katori Dalia
  • 1/2 icephe leGhee
  • 1 icephe leJeera (imbewu ikumin )

  • 1 Indebe ye-Hari Matar (ii-ertyisi eziluhlaza)
  • 1 Ubungakanani obuphakathi Tamatar (itumato)
  • 3 Hari Mirch (itshilisi eluhlaza)
  • 1250 gm Amanzi
Emva kokuba i-ghee ishushu, yongeza i-jeera kwaye uyeke ukuba ichithe. Emva koko, dibanisa i-tamatar enqunqiweyo kunye netshilisi eluhlaza, u-sautéde de itumata ithambe.

Okulandelayo, yongeza i-Dalia kwi-cooker kwaye ushukumise imizuzu embalwa ukuze uyiqhole kancinci, ukongeza incasa yayo ye-nutty. Landela oku ngokugalela umgubo wetshili obomvu, umgubo wehaldi, kunye netyuwa. Hlanganisa i-Hari Matar kwaye udibanise yonke into kakuhle.
