Izithako
- 1 iPyaz encinci (Itswele)
- 7-8 i-cloves Lehsan (iGarlic)
- 2-3 Hari mirch (Green chillies )
- 1 bunch Hara dhania (efreshi coriander) okanye njengoko kufuneka
- 1 Cup Safed chanay (Chickpeas), ifakwe ubusuku bonke
- 3-4 tbsp Til (Sesame iimbewu), zosiwe
- 1 isipuni Sabut dhania (imbewu yeCoriander), icolile
- ½ tsp Umgubo wokubhaka
- 1 tsp oregano owomileyo
- 1 tsp iZeera (imbewu yeCumin), yosiwe kwaye yacolwa
- ½ tbsp ityuwa epinki yeHimalayan okanye ukungcamla
- 1 tsp iKali mirch powder (umgubo wepepile emnyama)
- 1 tbsp ijusi yelamuni
- Ioli yokupheka yokuqhotsa
Izikhokelo
- Kwi-chopper, yongeza i-anyanisi, i-garlic, i-chillies eluhlaza, entsha i-coriander, i-chickpeas, imbewu ye-sesame, imbewu ye-coriander, i-baking powder, i-oregano eyomileyo, imbewu yasekumin, ityuwa e-pink, i-pepper emnyama, kunye nejusi yelamuni & unqumle kakuhle.
- Yikhuphe esityeni uxove kakuhle for 2 -3 imizuzu.
- Thatha umlinganiselo omncinci womxube (45g) kwaye ucinezele ngobunono ukwenza i-falafels ene-oval-shaped.
