KuLungiselelo lwe-Chana Chaat Masala, yenza intlama yomgubo wetshili ebomvu, i-cumin powder, i-coriander powder, i-turmeric powder, i-chaat masala, kunye netyuwa emnyama. Pheka imizuzu embalwa. Yongeza i-tamarind pulp, ilandelwa yikhukhamba, i-anyanisi, i-tomato, iitapile ebilisiweyo, kunye ne-green chili paste. Xuba kakuhle. Hombisa ngekoriyanda entsha, i-mint enqunqiweyo, kunye nejusi yelamuni.
