Bulgur Pilaf

Izithako:
- 2 iikomityi ezicolekileyo ze bulgur
- 2 itswele, diced
- 1 umnqathe omncinci, wagratiwe
- 4 iiclove zegalikhi, zisikiwe
- 2 iicephe zeoyile ye-olive
- 1 icephe eligalelweyo + 1 teaspoon ibhotolo
- 2 iicephe zepepile ebomvu eshushu
- Iicephe ezi-2 ze-tomato intlama (kungenjalo, 200 ml i-tomato puree)
- 400 g ii-chickpeas ezibilisiweyo
- 1 icephe le-mint eyomileyo
- 1 ithisipuni ye-thyme eyomileyo (okanye i-oregano)
- 1 icephe letyuwa
- 1 icephe lepepile
Imiyalelo:
- Brown ibhotolo e-1 yecephe kunye i-olive oil embizeni.
- Faka i-anyanisi uze uyigxobhoze imizuzu embalwa.
- Emva kokuba i-anyanisi ithambile, galela igalikhi uze uqhubeke ugaya. Yongeza intlama yetumato nepepile. Sebenzisa incam ye-spatula yakho ukuxuba intlama kunye netswele kunye negalikhi ngokulinganayo.
- Yongeza i-bulgur, i-carrot kunye ne-chickpeas. Qhubeka uxuba emva kokufaka zonke izithako.
- Lixesha lokunonga i-pilav! Ixesha kunye ne-mint eyomileyo, i-thyme, ityuwa kunye ne-pepper emnyama kwaye wongeze i-1 ithispoon i-pepper flakes ebomvu, ukuba usebenzisa i-sweet red pepper paste.
- Thela emanzini abilayo ukuya kwi-2 cm ngaphezu kwenqanaba le-bulgur. Kuyakuthatha malunga neekomityi ezi-4 zamanzi abilayo ngokuxhomekeke kubukhulu bepani yakho.
- Galela icephe lebhotolo kwaye ubilise imizuzu eyi-10-15-kuxhomekeka kubukhulu be-bulgur- kubushushu obuphantsi. Ngokungafaniyo ne-rice pilav, ukushiya intwana yamanzi ngaphantsi kwepani kuya kuyenza ibe ngcono i-pilav yakho.
- Cima ubushushu kwaye ugqume ngelaphu lasekhitshini kwaye uyiyeke iphumle imizuzu eyi-10.
