-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp okanye ukungcamla

-Saunf (imbewu yefennel) icolile i-1 tsp

-Umgubo weHaldi (umgubo weTurmeric) ½ tsp

-Kalonji (Imbewu yeNigella) ¼ tsp

-Ijusi yelamuni 3-4 tbs

Izalathiso:

  • Sika iitshilisi eziluhlaza zibe phakathi ukusuka embindini kwaye ubeke ecaleni.
  • Epanini yokuqhotsa, yongeza i-oyile yokupheka, amagqabi ekhari kwaye uqhotse imizuzwana eyi-10.

  • Yongeza iyogathi, imbewu ye-coriander, ityuwa epinki, imbewu yasekumin, umgubo wetshili obomvu, imbewu yefennel, i-turmeric powder, imbewu ye-nigella, xuba kakuhle kwaye upheke kwidangatye eliphakathi kangangemizuzu eyi-1-2, gquma kwaye upheke kwidangatye eliphantsi kangangemizuzu eyi-10- Imizuzu eli-12.
