- Doodh (Masi) 1 & 1⁄2 wa litara
- Zafran (Swifaniso swa safroni) 1⁄4 tsp
- Doodh (Masi) 2 tbs
- Chkele 1⁄2 Khapu kumbe ku nandzika
- Nchumu wa safroni 1⁄2 tsp
- Khirimu ya 4 tbs (ya ku hlawula)
- Pista (Pistachios) leyi tsemiweke
- Badam (Almonds) leyi tsemiweke
-Eka wok, . chela botere leyi hlawuriweke & yi tshika yi n’oka.
-Chela green cardamom,almonds,raisins,pistachios,hlanganisa kahle & fry for a minute.
-Chela vermicelli,hlanganisa kahle & fry ku kondza yi cinca muhlovo (2-3 minutes ).
-Engetela masi & hlanganisa kahle,yi tisa yi vila & yi sweka hi malangavi yale hansi kuringana 10-12 wa timinete.
-Eka xibya lexintsongo,engeta ti saffron strands,masi,hlanganisa kahle & yi tshika yi wisa kuringana 3 -4 minutes.
-Eka wok,engeta chukele,masi ya saffron lawa ya n'okiweke,saffron essence & hlanganisa kahle.
-Tima langavi,engetela cream & hlanganisa kahle.
-Pfula langavi,hlanganisa kahle & sweka hi langavi ra le hansi ku kondza yi tiya (1-2 wa timinete).
-Humesa eka dish yo phamela & yi tshika yi hola.
-Garnish hi pistachios,almonds & serve chilled!
