XITLHANYI XA PALAK

Switirhisiwa:

2 wa swirhabyani, matluka ya Palak, ya basisiwile, (ya blanched kutani eka mati yo titimela ya ayisi )

2-3 garlic pods, roughly chopped

1⁄2 khapu ya mati yo hisa< br>250-300 gm Paneer, tsemiwa hi ti cubes
1 tbsp Fresh Cream
Munyu tani hi nantswo

Process
• Eka poto blanchi matluka ya xipinichi eka ku vila mati kuringana 2-3 wa timinete. Susa u hundzisela hiku hatlisa eka mati yo titimela ya ice.
• Sweswi eka blender chela ginger, garlic u endla paste kutani u chela palak leyi swekiweke u endla smooth paste
• Eka palak paneer hisa ghee eka pani u chela bay leaf, cumin seeds, asafoetida. Hlanganisa minete ku kondza nun’hwelo wu tima.
• Sweswi chela anyanisi na garlic, u sweka ku kondza swi hundzuka translucence. Engeta matamatisi u hlanganisa ku kondza ya olova. Engeta turmeric, red chilli, kasoori methi, mbewu ya coriander leyi tshoveriweke na coriander powder yin’wana kutani u hlanganisa kahle. Engeta matluka ya palak lawa ya tsemiweke.
• Sweswi chela palak puree leyi lulamisiweke, mati yo hisa, lulamisa munyu u nyika ku hlanganisiwa lokunene.
• Hundzisela ti paneer cubes, fafazela garam masala u yi tshika yi sweka ku ringana minete yin’wana.
• Ku hetisa hi cream yo basa u yi peta yi va gravy.
• Khavisa hi ginger julienne na cream yo basa.
