-Zeera (Mbewu ya Cumin) yi oxiwile & yi pfotlosiwa 1 tsp
-Munyu wa pink wa Himalayan 1 tsp kumbe ku nandzika
-Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) 1 tsp
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp kumbe ku ya hi nantswo
-Aloo (Matamatisi) leyi virisiweke 4-5 ya le xikarhi
-Matar (Peas) leyi virisiweke 1 Khapu - Lunghiselela Chutney ya Rihlaza:
-Podina (Matluka ya Mint) 1 Khapu
-Hara dhania (Coriander yo basa) 1⁄2 Khapu
-Lehsan (Garlic) 3-4 wa ti cloves
-Hari mirch (Tichili ta rihlaza) 4-5
-Chanay (Tigiramu leti oxiweke) 2 tbs
-Zeera (Mbewu ya cumin) 1 tsp
-Munyu wa pink wa Himalaya 1⁄2 tsp kumbe ku nantswo
-Juzi ya lamula 2 tbs
-Mati 3-4 tbs - Lunghiselela Meethi Imli ki Chutney:
-Imli pulp (Tamarind pulp) 1⁄4 Khapu
-Aloo bukhara (Ti plum leti omisiweke) leti tsakamisiweke 10-12
-Chkele 2 tbs
-Sonth powder (Powder ya ginger leyi omisiweke) 1⁄2 tsp

-Mati 1⁄4 Khapu - Lunghisela Nhlama ya Samosa:
-Maida (Vuswa bya swikongomelo hinkwaswo) lebyi sefiweke 3 wa Tikhapu
-Munyu wa pink wa Himalayan 1 tsp kumbe ku nandzika
-Ajwain (Mbewu ya Carom) 1⁄2 tsp
-Ghee (Botere leyi hlamuseriweke) 1⁄4 Khapu
-Mati yo kufumela 1 Khapu kumbe hilaha swi lavekaka hakona - Swiletelo:
Lunghiselela Ku Tata ka Matamatisi:
-Eka pani ro sweka,chela mafurha yo sweka,chilli ya rihlaza,ginger garlic paste,mbewu ya coriander ,cumin seeds,pink salt, turmeric powder,red chilli powder,hlanganisa kahle & sweka kuringana minete.
-Chela ti potatoes,peas,hlanganisa kahle & mash kahle hiku pfuniwa hi masher kutani u hlanganisa kahle & u sweka kuringana 1- 2 minutes.
-Yi tshike yi hola.
