Process:
For Marination
● In a large mixing xibya, chela nyama ya nyimpfu, ginger garlic paste, curd, green chilli, red chilli powder, asafetida, cumin powder, coriander powder, munyu kuya hi nantswo, ghee, matluka ya coriander kutani u hlanganisa kahle u veka etlhelo.
Eka Masala
● Eka pani, chela mbewu ya coriander, mbewu ya kumini, mace, black pepper, cloves, green cardamom, cinnamon stick, munyu ivi u swi oma kahle, swi titimela ivi u swi sila swi va powder ivi u swi veka etlhelo leswaku u ta swi tirhisa endzhaku.
Eka Gravy
● Eka poto lerikulu, hisa ghee na mafurha, chela cardamom ya ntima, black pepper, cloves, bay leaf, cinnamon, pinch ya xiluva xa ribye u sweka kahle.
● Chela anyanisi u saute till its light golden brown in colour.
