Swiletelo:

  1. Lunghiselela Koftay ya huku: Eka a chopper,engeta huku,anyanisi,ti green chillies,fresh coriander,ginger garlic paste,cumin powder,pink salt, black pepper powder,red chilli leyi tshoveriweke,garam masala powder,clarified butter,bread slice & chop ku kondza swi hlangana kahle. Grease mavoko hi mafurha,teka nkatsakanyo nyana (50g) & endla koftay ya vukulu byo ringana. Eka wok,engeta mafurha yo sweka,koftay ya huku leyi lulamisiweke & fry hi malangavi yale hansi kusuka eka matlhelo hinkwawo kufikela yiva light golden & veka etlhelo (yi endla 12).
  2. Lunghisela Kofta Gravy: Eka wok yin’we,engeta anyanisi,rihlaza cardamom & fry eka medium flame kuringana 2-3 wa timinete. Humesa anyanisi & u hundzisela eka blending jar,chela green chillies,almonds,melon seeds,mati & blend kahle.Eka wok yin'we,chela blended paste & mix kahle. Engeta black pepper powder,cumin powder,mace powder,coriander powder,garam masala powder,pink salt,ginger garlic paste,yogurt & hlanganisa kahle,funengeta & sweka eka langavi ra le hansi kuringana 4-5 wa timinete.Engetela mati,hlanganisa kahle & sweka eka langavi ra le xikarhi kuringana 1-2 wa timinete. Tima langavi, chela cream,matluka ya fenugreek lawa ya omisiweke & hlanganisa kahle.Pfula langavi, chela koftay leyi oxiweke leyi lunghisiweke & hlanganisa hi vukheta.
