Ndlela:
Tsema kahle khokhonati yo basa kutani u hundzisela eka xibya xo sila, xikan’we na mati, sila kahle hilaha swinga kotekaka hakona.
Tirhisa sefo na lapi ra muslin, hundzisela paste ya coconut eka lapi ra muslin, tsindziyela kahle ku humesa masi ya coconut.

Ti chilli ta rihlaza 1-2 nos.
Swirhabyani swa coriander 1 tbsp
Mafurha 1 tbsp
Swipayisisi swa phoyizeni:1. Haldi (Turmeric) ya phoyizeni 2 tsp2. Lal mirch (Chilli yo tshwuka) ya phoyizeni 2 tsp3. Dhaniya (Coriander) ya phoyizeni 1 tsp4. Jeera (cumin) powder 1 tsp
Miroho:1. Farsi (tinyawa ta xifurwa) 1⁄2 khapu2. Gajar (Tikharoti) 1⁄2 wa khapu3. Mavele ya n’wana 1⁄2 wa khapu
Xitoko xa miroho / mati yo hisa 750 ml
Gud (jaggery) 1 tbsp
Munyu ku ya hi nantswo
Besan ( gram flour) 1 tbsp
Masi ya khokhonati 800 ml
Ndlela:
Eka xibya xo sila chela, anyanisi, garlic, ginger , green chillies & coriander stems, chela mati nyana u sila kuva paste ya kahle.....
