  • Powder ya huku 1⁄2 tbs
  • Munyu wa pink wa Himalayan 1⁄2 tsp kumbe ku ya hi nantswo
  • Powder ya paprika 1⁄2 tsp
  • Mustard powder 1⁄2 tsp (ya ku hlawula)
  • White pepper powder 1⁄4 tsp
  • Mati 3⁄4 Khapu

Swiletelo:

  • Eka xibya, chela timpapa ta huku,black pepper powder,pink salt,baking soda,garlic paste & hlanganisa kahle,funengeta & marinate kuringana 2-4 wa tiawara kumbe vusiku hinkwabyo efrijini.
  • Eka xibya,engeta cornflour,vuswa bya swikongomelo hinkwaswo,black pepper powder,chicken powder,pink salt,paprika powder,mustard powder,white pepper powder & hlanganisa kahle.
  • Engetela mati & hlanganisa kahle.
  • Dip & coat marinated wings.
  • Eka wok,hisa mafurha yo sweka (140-150C) & gayela timpapa ta huku eka langavi ra le xikarhi kuringana 4-5 wa timinete,humesa & ti tshika ti wisa kuringana 4 -5 wa timinete kutani u gayela nakambe eka malangavi yale henhla kufikela wuva golden brown & crispy (3-4 minutes).
