-Fillet ya huku leyi nga riki na marhambu 500g
-Sauce yo hisa 2 tbs
-Sirka (Vinegar) 2 tbs
-Paprika powder 2 tsp
-Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp kumbe ku nantswo
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1⁄2 tsp
-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) 1⁄2 tbs
-Oregano leyi omisiweke 1 tsp
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1⁄2 tsp kumbe ku nantswa
-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) cubes tani hi leswi swi lavekaka
-Pyaz (Onion) cubes tani hi leswi swi lavekaka
-Swilayi swa xinkwa leswi oxiweke 2
-Maida (All-purpose flour) tani hi leswi swi lavekaka
- Anday (Eggs) whisked 2
-Mafurha yo sweka yo gayela

Swiletelo:
-Tsema fillet ya huku yiva ti cubes ta 1-inch.
-Eka xibya,chela huku,hot sauce,vinegar ,paprika powder,pink salt,black pepper powder,garlic powder, oregano leyi omisiweke,red chilli powder & hlanganisa kahle,funengeta hi cling film & marinate kuringana 2 wa tiawara.
-Skew huku leyi marinated eka skewer ya mapulanga na capsicum & onion cubes .
-Eka chopper,engeta ti toasted bread slices & chop kahle eka breadcrumbs & transfer eka xibya.
-Eka xibya,chela all-purpose flour & whisked eggs eka xibya xin'wana.
