-Makhan (Botere) yo olova 2 tbs
-Badam (Almonds) leyi tsemiweke 50g
-Anday ki zardi (Nsinya wa tandza) 1
-Doodh (Masi) 1 tbs
-Til (Sesame seeds) tani hileswi swilaveka

-Eka xibya,chela botere & beat kahle.
-Chela icing sugar ,hlanganisa kutani u beat kahle ku kondza yi va creamy.
-Engetela tandza,vanilla essence & beat kahle.
-Engetela all-purpose flour,milk powder,pink salt,hlanganisa kahle & beat ku kondza yi hlangana kahle.
-Pfuxeta dough yi tiya eka cling film & yi veka efrijini kuringana 30 wa timinete.
Lunghiselela Dates Filling:
-Eka chopper,engeta ti dates letinga deseeded,butter & chop kahle.
-Engetela ti almonds & chop kahle.
-Teka nhlayo yitsongo ya nkatsakanyo,endla bolo kutani u yi peta hi ku pfuniwa hi mavoko & yi veka etlhelo.
-Humesa nhlama efrijini,susa cling film,fafazela dry flour & u yi peta hi rolling pin.
- Veka rolled date filling eka dough,roll dough nyana & pfalela matlhelo kutani u tsema dough yiva 3” finger cookie.
-Vekela ti date cookies eka baking tray leyi nga na butter paper & u veka efrijini kuringana 10 minutes loko unga se baka.< br>-Eka xibya,chela egg yolk,milk & whisk kahle.
-Chela egg wash eka ti cookies & fafazela sesame seeds.
-Baka eka oven leyi hisiweke khale eka 170C kuringana 15-20 wa timinete (yi endla 16-18 ).
