  • Mafurha yo sweka 2 tbs
  • Pyaz (Anyanisi) leyi tsemiweke 1 leyikulu
  • Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs
  • Qeema ya nyama ya homu (Beef mince) 1⁄2 kg
  • Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp kumbe kuya hi nantswo
  • Zeera (Mbewu ya cumin) leyi oxiweke & yi pfotlosiwa 1 tsp
  • Kali mirch (Phepper ya ntima) leyi tshoveriweke 1 tsp
  • Namak (Munyu) 1 tsp kumbe kuya hi nantswo
  • Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) leyi tsemiweke 2-3 tbs
  • Aalo (Matamatisi) leyi virisiweke 700g
  • Makhan (Botere) 1 & 1⁄2 wa ti tbs
  • Anda (Tandza) 1
  • Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) 1⁄2 wa ti tbs

  • Mafurha yo sweka yo gayela
  1. Eka pani ro sweka,engeta mafurha yo sweka,anyanisi & u sweka ku ringana minete.< /li>
  2. Engetela ginger garlic paste,hlanganisa kahle & sweka kuringana 1-2 wa timinete.
  3. Engetela beef mince u hlanganisa kahle kufikela yi cinca muhlovo kutani u sweka eka malangavi yale henhla kufikela yi oma (approx. 8 -10 wa timinete).
  4. Engetela red chilli powder,cumin seeds,black pepper leyi tshoveriweke,munyu,hlanganisa kahle & sweka kuringana 4-5 wa timinete.
  5. Chela coriander yotsakama,hlanganisa kahle na yi tshike yi hola.
  6. Eka xibya, chela matamatisi & ma mash kahle hiku pfuniwa hi masher.
  7. Engetela botere,tandza,garlic powder,paprika powder,black pepper powder,munyu ,hlanganisa & mash kahle hiku pfuniwa hi xipunu.
  8. Engetela flour ya swikongomelo hinkwaswo & hlanganisa kufikela swihlangana kahle & veka etlhelo.
  9. Eka ndzhawu yo tirhela eka yona,ntshuri dry flour,engeta nhlayo yintsongo ya nkatsakanyo wa matamatisi u hangalasa hiku pfuniwa hi xipunu lexi cheriweke mafurha,engeta mince filling (1 tbs) exikarhi,hlengeta nkatsakanyo hinkwawo wa matamatisi ku endla patty,dust dry flour & gently flatten hiku pfuniwa hi mavoko lawa ya cheriweke mafurha ku endla pancake (yi endla 6 -7).
  10. Eka pani ro sweka,hisa mafurha yo sweka & gayela ti pancakes eka malangavi yale hansi kusuka eka matlhelo hamambirhi kufikela kuva ya nsuku.
