  • Lehsan (Garlic) u tseme 1 tbs
  • Tikhubiki letintsongo ta huku leyi nga riki na marhambu 500g
  • Kali mirch powder (Phoyidi ya phepha ra ntima) 1 tsp
  • Munyu wa pink wa Himalayan 1 tsp kumbe ku nandzika
  • Oregano leyi omisiweke 1 & 1⁄2 tsp
  • Lal mirch (Chilli yo tshwuka) leyi pfotlosiweke 1 & 1⁄2 tsp
  • Powder ya mirch leyi swekiweke (Powder ya phepha ro basa) 1⁄4 tsp
  • Sirka (Vinegar) 1 & 1⁄2 wa ti-tbs

Lunghiselela Miroho ya Creamy:

  • Shimla mirch (Capsicum) yi tsemiwile 2 wa xikarhi
  • Pyaz (Ayanisi yo basa) yi tsemiwile 2 wa le xikarhi
  • Nhundzu ya anyanisi 1⁄2 tsp
  • Powder ya Lehsan (Powder ya Garlic) 1⁄2 tsp
  • Kali mirch powder (Phoyidi ya phepha ra ntima) 1⁄4 tsp
  • Munyu wa pink wa Himalaya 1⁄4 tsp kumbe ku nandzika
  • Oregano leyi omisiweke 1⁄2 tsp
  • Khirimu ya Olper’s 1 Khapu
  • Juzi ya lamula 3 tbs
  • Mayonnaise 4 wa ti tbs
  • Hara dhania (Coriander yo basa) yi tsemiwile 2 tbs

Ku hlanganisa:

  • Ti-roll ta madyambu ta koroni leyi heleleke/Buns 3 kumbe hilaha swi lavekaka hakona
  • Chizi ya Olper’s Cheddar leyi gayiweke tanihilaha swi lavekaka hakona
  • Chizi ya Olper’s Mozzarella leyi gayiweke tanihilaha swi lavekaka hakona
  • Lal mirch (Chili yo tshwuka) leyi pfotlosiweke
  • Ti jalapenos leti swekiweke leti tsemiweke

Swiletelo:

  1. Eka pani ro sweka,chela mafurha yo sweka,garlic & sauté for a minute.
  2. Engetela huku & hlanganisa kahle ku kondza yi cinca muhlovo.
  3. -Engetela black pepper powder,pink salt,dried oregano,red chilli crushed,white pepper powder,vinegar, hlanganisa kahle & sweka kuringana 2-3 timinete.
  4. Swi tshike swi hola.

Lunghiselela Miroho ya Creamy:

  1. Eka pani leri fanaka, chela capsicum,onion & hlanganisa kahle.
  2. Engetela onion powder,garlic powder,black pepper powder,pink salt,oregano leyi omisiweke & u sweka eka langavi ra le xikarhi kuringana 1-2 wa timinete & u veka etlhelo.
  3. Eka xibya, chela cream,juzi ya lemon & hlanganisa kahle kuringana 30 seconds.Sour cream yi lulamile.
  4. Engetela mayonnaise,coriander yotsakama,miroho leyi swekiweke,hlanganisa kahle & veka etlhelo.

Ku hlanganisa:

  1. Tsema ti wholewheat dinner rolls/buns kusuka exikarhi.
  2. Eka tlhelo rin’wana na rin’wana ra dinner roll/buns,engetela & ku hangalasa ti veggies ta creamy,huku leyi lunghiseleriweke,cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese,red chilli crushed & pickled jalapenos.
  3. Nhlawulo # 1: Ku baka eOveni
  4. Baka eka oven leyi hisiweke eka 180C kufikela loko cheese yi n’oka (6-7 wa timinete).
  5. Nhlawulo # 2: Eka Xitofu
  6. Eka nonstick griddle,veka ti stuffed buns,funengeta & sweka eka malangavi yale hansi swinene kufikela loko cheese yi n’oka (8-10 wa timinete) & phamela na tomato ketchup (yi endla 6).
