-Sooji (Semolina) 1 & 1⁄2 Khapu
-Zeera (Mbewu ya cumin) leyi oxiweke & leyi pfotlosiweke 1 tsp
-Munyu wa pink wa Himalayan 1 tsp kumbe ku nandzika
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) leyi pfotlosiweke 1 tsp
-Mati 1 Khapu

Nkongomiso:
-Tsema anyanisi & capsicum.
-Grate carrot,bottle gourd,ginger & veka etlhelo.
-Eka xibya,chela yogurt,semolina,cumin seeds,pink salt,red chilli leyi tshoveriweke,mati & whisk kahle,funengeta & yi tshika yi wisa kuringana 10 minutes.
-Chela miroho hinkwayo, green chilli,fresh coriander,baking soda & mix well.
-Eka pani lerintsongo (6-inches),engeta mafurha yo sweka & u hisa.
-Engetela ti sesame seeds, prepared batter & yi hangalasa hiku ringana,funengeta & sweka hi low flame kufikela golden (6-8 minutes),flip hi vukheta,loko swilaveka chela cooking oil & sweka eka medium flame kufikela loko yi hela (3-4 minutes) (makes 4) & serve!
