-Eka xibya,chela mati yo kufumela,caster sugar,instant yeast,hlanganisa kahle & yi tshika yi va vumbhoni ku ringana 5 wa timinete.
-Engetela masi yo kufumela,mafurha yo sweka,vuswa bya swikongomelo hinkwaswo,munyu wa pink,hlanganisa kahle & hlanganisa ku kondza ku vumbiwa nhlama.
-Engetela mafurha yo sweka & u hlanganisa ku ringana 1-2 timinete,grease hi oil yo sweka,funengeta hi cling film & yi tshika yi proof kuringana 45 minutes kuya eka 1 hour eka ndzhawu yo kufumela kumbe kufikela double in size.
-Knead dough kufikela yi rhetela.
-Teka dough leyintsongo (80g) ,sprinkle dry flour & roll out hi ku pfuniwa hi rolling pin (6 inches).
