- Makkhan (botere) 1 tbsp
- Swipayisisi leswi heleleke: .
- Jeera (mbewu ya kumini) 1 tsp
- Tej patta (tluka ra bay) 1 no.
- Sabut kaali mirch (swiphepherhele swa ntima) 2-3 nos.
- Dalchini (sinamoni) 1 wa intshi
- Choti elaichi (khadimo ya rihlaza) 3-4 wa ti pods
- Badi elaichi (khadimo ya ntima) 1 no.
- Laung (ti cloves) 2 nos.
- Vombe bya vulombe 1 tbsp
- Paneer 500-600 wa tigiramu
- Garam masala 1 xiphepherhele
- Kasuri methi 1 tsp
- Coriander yo basa tani hi leswi swi lavekaka (yi tsemiwile)
- Khirimu yo basa 4-5 tbsp Ndlela:
- Ku endla puree gravy base, veka wok eka ndzilo wa le xikarhi, chela mafurha, botere & swipayisisi hinkwaswo, hlanganisa kan’we u chela anyanisi, hlanganisa kahle u sweka kuringana 2-3 wa timinete.
