- Doodh (Masi) 1 & 1⁄2 wa tilitara
- Chkele 1⁄2 Khapu kumbe ku nandzika
- Elaichi ke daane (Powder ya Cardamom) leyi pfotlosiweke 1⁄4 tsp
- Badam (Almonds) yi tsemiwile 2 tbs
- Pista (Pistachios) yi tsemiwile 2 tbs
- Pista (Pistachios) tani hileswi swi lavekaka eka ku khavisa
- Walnut (Akhrot) leyi tsemiweke 2 tsp
- Khokhonati leyi omisiweke ku khavisa
Swiletelo:
- Eka xibya,grate ti carrots hiku pfuniwa hi grater & veka etlhelo.
- Riyisi leyi tsakamaka leyi pfotlosiweke hi mavoko & yi veka etlhelo.
- Embiteni,engeta masi & yi tisa yi vila.
- Engetela ti carrots leti grated,ground rice u hlanganisa kahle,yi tisa ku vila & sweka eka medium flame kuringana 5-6 minutes,funengeta xiphemu & sweka eka low flame kuringana 40 min kuya eka 1 hr u tshama u ri karhi u hlanganisa exikarhi.
- Engetela chukele,mbewu ya cardamom,almonds,pistachios,hlanganisa kahle & sweka eka langavi rale xikarhi kufikela loko masi yahunguteka naswona ya tiya (5-6 wa timinete).
- Khavisa hi ti pistachios na coconut leyi omisiweke & yi phamela yi hisa kumbe yi titimela!
