  • 3 tbsp ya mafurha ya olive

  • ntlhambi wa parsley

Eka sauce ya yoghurt :

  • 1 khapu ya yoghurt ya vegan
  • 1 tbsp ya mafurha ya olive
  • 1 tsp ya juzi ya lamula
  • black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp ya munyu
  • 1 garlic leyintsongo leyi gayiweke
