Ricepe ra Ti Chickpea Patties

Switirhisiwa swa 12 wa ti chickpea patties:
- 240 gr (8 & 3/4 oz) ti chickpeas leti swekiweke
- 240 gr (8 & 3/4 oz) ya timbatata leti swekiweke
- anyanisi
- garlic
- xiphemu lexitsongo xa ginger
- 3 tbsp ya mafurha ya olive
- phepha ra ntima
- 1/2 wa xiphepherhele xa munyu
- 1/3 wa xiphepherhele xa kumini
- ntlhambi wa parsley
Eka sauce ya yoghurt :
- 1 khapu ya yoghurt ya vegan
- 1 tbsp ya mafurha ya olive
- 1 tsp ya juzi ya lamula
- black pepper
- 1/2 tsp ya munyu
- 1 garlic leyintsongo leyi gayiweke
Swiletelo:
- Hlanganisa ti chickpeas leti swekiweke na matamatisi eka a xibya lexikulu.
- Engetela anyanisi leyi tsemiweke kahle, garlic, ginger, olive oil, black pepper, munyu, cumin, na parsley leyi tsemiweke kahle. Hlanganisa switirhisiwa hinkwaswo kufikela loko u kuma nkatsakanyo lowu fanaka.
