Ricepe ra Maggi

Switirhisiwa:
- 2 wa tiphakiti ta Maggi
- 1 1/2 wa tikhapu ta mati
- 1 tbsp ya mafurha
- 1/ 4 wa tikhapu ta anyanisi, leti tsemiweke kahle
- 2 matamatisi lamantsongo, lama tsemiweke kahle
- 1-2 wa ti chili ta rihlaza, leti tsemiweke kahle
- 1/4 wa khapu ya miroho leyi pfanganisiweke (tikharoti, tinyawa ta rihlaza, ti peas, na mavele)
- 1/4 tsp ya turmeric powder
- 1/4 tsp ya garam masala
- munyu kuya hi nantswo
- matluka ya coriander lama ha ku tsemiwaka
Swiletelo:
- Hisisa mafurha eka pani ivi u chela anyanisi. Saute kufikela loko ya hundzuka golden brown.
- Sweswi, chela matamatisi u sweka kufikela swi olova naswona swiva na pulpy.
- Chela miroho, turmeric powder, na munyu. Vuka kuringana 2-3 wa timinete.
- Chela ti pack timbirhi ta Maggi masala u yi sweka kuringana tisekoni nyana.
- Chela mati u tisa ku vila.
- Kutani, tshovela Maggi hi swiphemu swa mune kutani u yi chela eka pani.
- Sweka kuringana 2 wa timinete eka malangavi yale xikarhi. Kutani chela garam masala u sweka kuringana 30 wa tisekoni tin’wana. Maggi yi lunghekile. Khavisa hi matluka ya coriander lawa yanga tsemiwa kutani u phamela ya hisa!
