Posset ya Orange

Switirhisiwa:
- Ti orange 6-8 kumbe tani hileswi swilaveka
- Khirimu 400ml (mahiselo ya kamara)
- Chkele 1/3 Khapu kumbe ku nandzika
- Vanilla essence 1⁄2 tsp
- Xiphepherhele xa orenji 1 tsp
- Juzi ya orenji 2 tbs
- Juzi ya lamula 2 tbs
- Swilayi swa orenji
- Tluka ra mint
Swiletelo:
- Tsema ti oranges hi hafu longwise, susa pulp ya yona ku endla xibya xo basa xa posset & squeeze out juice ya yona & yi veka etlhelo.
- Eka saucepan, chela cream, chukele, vanilla essence, orange zest & whisk kahle.
- Pfula langavi & sweka hi langavi ra le hansi swinene loko u ri karhi u hlanganisa ku kondza ri fika ri kufumela (10-12 wa timinete).
- Tima langavi, chela juzi ya orange yo basa, juzi ya lemon & whisk kahle.
- Plulela langavi & sweka eka langavi ra le hansi kuringana minete & sefa hi strainer.
- Chela posset yo kufumela eka madzovo ya orange lawa ya basisiweke, pompa minkarhi yitsongo & yi tshika veka kuringana 4-6 wa tiawara efrijini.
- Khavisa hi swilayi swa orenji, tluka ra mint & phamela yi titimela (yi endla 9-10)!
