Pasta ya Masala
        Switirhisiwa:
- Mafurha - 1 tsp
 - Botere - 2 tbsp
 - Jeera (mbewu ya kumini) - 1 tsp

 - Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp

 - Munyu kuya hi nantswo
 - Ketchup - 2 tbsp
 - Red sauce ya chilli - 1 tbsp
 - Phowder ya chilli yo tshwuka ya Kashmiri - 1 tbsp
 - Phowder ya Dhaniya (coriander) - 1 tbsp
 - Powder ya Jeera (cumin) - 1 tsp< /li>
 - Haldi (turmeric) - 1 tsp
 - Aamchur (mango) powder - 1 tsp
 - Xiphemu xa garam masala
 - Penne pasta - . 200 gm (yo ka yi nga swekiwanga)

Ndlela:
- Vekela pani eka ndzilo lowukulu, chela mafurha, botere & jeera, . pfumelela jeera ku crackle, yisa emahlweni u chela anyanisi, ginger garlic paste na green chillies, hlanganisa u sweka kufikela loko anyanisi yi hundzuka translucent.
 - Ku ya emahlweni chela matamatisi, munyu kuya hi nantswo, hlanganisa & sweka eka high flame kuringana 4- 5 wa timinete. Tirhisa potato masher ku hlanganisa hinkwaswo, tiyisisa leswaku u sweka masala kahle.
 - Sweswi, hunguta langavi kutani u chela ketchup, red chilli sauce na swipayisisi hinkwaswo leswinga powder, chela mati nyana ku papalata swipayisisi kusuka eka swona ku hisa, hlanganisa kahle u sweka kuringana 2-3 wa timinete eka langavi rale xikarhi.
