  • Mayonnaise 2 tbs
  • Paratha yo olova
  • Mafurha yo sweka 1-2 tbs
  • Band gobhi (Khavichi) leyi tsemiweke kahle
  • Shimla mirch (Capsicum) julienne
  • Podina raita (Mint yogurt sauce)
  • Powder ya paprika kuya hi nantswo
  • Swiletelo:

    -Eka xibya, chela anyanisi, vhiniga, mati, munyu wa pink, hlanganisa kahle & swi tshika swi tsakama ku kondza swi phameriwa.

    -Eka dish, chela ti potatoes & mash kahle hiku pfuniwa hi masher.

    -Chela coriander yotsakama, pink salt, red chilli crushed, garam masala powder, tandoori masala, chilli garlic sauce, mayonnaise & hlanganisa ku kondza swi hlangana kahle.

    -Eka paratha, chela 3-4 tbs ya potato filling leyi lulamisiweke & yi hangalasa hiku ringana.
