Switirhisiwa:
-Mafurha yo sweka 2 tbs
-Tamatar (Matamatisi) leyi basiweke 2 ya le xikarhi
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1⁄2 tbs
-Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) 1⁄2 tsp
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp kumbe kuya hi nantswo
-Mong daal (Yellow lentil) 1⁄2 Khapu (yi tsakamile kuringana 1 wa awara)
-Chana daal (giramu leyi avaneke ya Bengal) 1 & 1⁄2 wa Tikhapu (yi tsakamile kuringana 2 wa tiawara)
-Mati 4 wa Tikhapu
-Himalayan pink salt 1 & 1⁄2 tsp kumbe kuya hi nantswo

Swiletelo:
-Eka poto ra vumba,engeta mafurha yo sweka & hisa it.
-Chela matamatisi lawa ya pureed,ginger garlic paste,hlanganisa kahle & sweka eka medium flame kuringana 1-2 wa timinete.
-Chela turmeric powder,red chilli powder,hlanganisa kahle & sweka kuringana 2-3 wa timinete.< br>-Engetela yellow lentil,split bengal gram & mix well.
-Engetela mati,hlanganisa kahle & yi tisa ku vila,funengeta & sweka hi malangavi yale hansi kufikela loko ti lentils ti tender (20-25 minutes),check in between & engetela mati loko swilaveka.
-Engetela munyu wa pink,hlanganisa kahle & yi tshika yi hola kufikela loko yiva na consistency leyi lavekaka.
