-Baisan (Gram flour) leyi sefiweke 4 wa Tikhapu
-Munyu wa pink wa Himalayan 1 tsp kumbe kuya hi nantswo
-Zeera (mbewu ya cumin) leyi oxiweke & yi pfotlosiwa 1⁄4 tsp
-Ajwain (Mbewu ya Carom) 1⁄4 tsp< br>-Baking soda 1⁄2 tsp
-Mati 2 1⁄4 wa Tikhapu kumbe hilaha swi lavekaka hakona
-Mafurha yo sweka 2 tbs
-Mafurha yo sweka yo sweka
-Mati yo hisa tani hi leswi swi lavekaka

Lunghiselela Meethi Dahi Phulki:
-Dahi (Yogurt) 2 Tikhapu
-Ku cheriwa chukele 1⁄4 Khapu
-Munyu wa pink wa Himalayan 1 pinch kumbe ku nandzika
-Mati 1⁄4 Khapu kumbe hilaha swi lavekaka hakona
-Chaat masala ku nantswa
-Papri

Directions:
-Eka xibya,chela gram flour,pink salt,cumin seeds,carom seeds,baking soda,hakatsongotsongo chela mati & whisk kufikela yiva thick consistency & yisa emahlweni ku whisking kuringana 8-10 wa timinete kumbe kufikela loko batter yiva na fluffy.
-Engetela cooking oil & whisk kufikela yi hlangana kahle.
-Eka wok,hisa mafurha yo sweka & fry hi low flame ku kondza yi golden.
-Humesa & yi tshika yi wisa kuringana 10 minutes.
-Fry nakambe ku kondza ti crispy & golden brown.
-Ti tshike ti hola hiku hetiseka.

-Unga hlayisa phulkiyan leyi oxiweke eka nkwama wa zip lock kuringana 3 wa tinhweti eka freezer kumbe 2 wa mavhiki efrijini.
-Eka a bowl,engetela mati yo hisa,phulki leyi oxiweke,funengeta & yi tshika yi tsakama ku kondza yi olova kutani yi humesa ematini u yi tsindziyela hi vukheta ku susa mati lama tlulaka mpimo & yi veka etlhelo.
