Kurkuri Arbi hi Sabji

- Rimitsu ra taro (अरबी) - 400 gms

- Engetela arbis, chela 1 tsp ya munyu kumbe kuya hi nantswo,engeta 1/2 tsp dry mango powder, 1/2 tsp ya red chili powder,engeta 1/4 tsp ya garam masala. Hlanganisa swipayisisi.
- Hlanganisa arbi nyana. Ti funengete u sweka kuringana 2 kuya eka 3 wa timinete eka malangavi yale hansi.Endzhaku ka 3 wa timinete yi kambela. Yi tlherisele endzhaku. Loko ti arbi ti crispy, chela coriander nyana ya rihlaza eka yona kutani u hlanganisa. Tima langavi,humesa arbi eka plate.
