Lunghisela Chicken Filling:-Eka pani ro sweka,chela mafurha yo sweka,anion & sauté kufikela yiva translucent.-Engetela chicken mince,ginger garlic paste & hlanganisa kahle kufikela yi cinca muhlovo.- Engeta green chilli paste,pink salt,coriander seeds,turmeric powder,cumin powder,red chilli crushed & mix & cook for 2-3 minutes.-Engetela flour ya swikongomelo hinkwaswo,hlanganisa & sweka kuringana minete.-Engetela mati,coriander yotsakama ,hlanganisa & sweka eka langavi ra le xikarhi ku kondza yi oma.-Yi tshike yi hola.Lunghiselela Ghee Slurry: -Eka xibya, chela cornflour,baking powder,clarified butter & whisk ku kondza yi hlangana kahle & yi veka efrijini ku kondza yi hlanganisiwa swi tiya.
