Khari ya Chickpea ya Vegan

- 2 wa swipunu Mafurha ya mutlhwari kumbe mafurha ya swimilani
- 1 Anyanisi
- Garlic, 4 wa ti cloves
- 1 xipunu Ginger leyi gayiweke
- Munyu hi ku ya hi nantswo
- 1/2 wa xipunu xa phepha ra ntima
- 1 xipunu xa Cumin
- 1 xipunu xa Curry powder
- 2 wa swipunu swa Garam masala
- 4 wa Matamatisi lamantsongo, lama tsemiweke
- 1 xigwitsirisi (300g-drained) Chickpeas,
- 1 can (400ml) Masi ya khokhonati
- 1/4 wa ntlhambi Coriander yo basa
- 2 wa swipunu Juzi ya Lime/lemon
- Rice kumbe naan yo phamela
1. Eka pani lerikulu hisa 2 wa swipunu swa mafurha ya olive. Engeta anyanisi lowu tsemiweke kutani u sweka kuringana 5 wa timinete. Engeta garlic leyi tsemiweke, ginger leyi gayiweke kutani u sweka kuringana 2-3 wa timinete.
2. Engeta kumini, turmeric, garam masala, munyu na phepha. Vuka ku ringana 1 wa minete.
3. Engeta matamatisi lama tsemiweke kutani u sweka, u ri karhi u hlanganisa nkarhi na nkarhi, ku kondza u olova. Kwalomu ka 5-10 wa timinete.
4. Engeta ti chickpeas na masi ya coconut. Yisa nkatsakanyo lowu eka ku vila, kutani u hunguta kuhisa kuya eka medium-low. Yi sweka kuringana 5-10 wa timinete. Kufikela loko yi tsindziyela nyana. Languta swin’wana swo nandzihisa kutani u chela munyu wun’wana loko swi laveka.
5. Tima ndzilo u hlanganisa coriander leyi tsemiweke na juzi ya lemon.
6. Yi phamela na rhayisi kumbe xinkwa xa naan.
