-Kalonji (Mbewu ya Nigella) 1⁄2 tsp

-Munyu wa pink wa Himalayan 1⁄2 tsp kumbe ku nandzika

-Lal mirch (Chilli yo tshwuka) leyi pfotlosiweke 1 tsp

-Ajwain (Mbewu ya Carom) 1⁄2 tsp

-Xigwitsirisi xa xigwitsirisi mein palak,lehsa,adrak,hari mirchein,hara dhania aur pani dal ker ache tarhan blend ker lein & tlhelo hi rakh dein.
