Eka Dhokli:

- 1 tbsp Gram Gram Flour (बेसन)
- 1⁄2 tsp ya Turmeric Powder (हदी पाउच)
- 1⁄2 tsp ya Degi Red Chilli Powder (degiगी लाल मि पाउच)
- 1⁄4 tsp ya Asafoetida (हींग)
- Munyu hi ku ya hi nantswo (नमक अनुकूला)
- 1 tbsp Mafurha (लते)
- Mati (पानी)
For Tempering:
- 2 tbsp Ghee (घी)
- 1 tsp Mbewu ya Mustard (सरसों बीज)
- 1⁄4 tsp Mbewu ya Fenugreek (मेला दाना)
- 1 xirhabyani xa Matluka ya Curry (कड़ीत्ता प)

Process
