- 140g / 3/4 Khapu ya Tamatisi (1 tamatisi ra sayizi ya le xikarhi)
- 1/4 Khapu / 60ml Mati kumbe hilaha swi lavekaka hakona
- Munyu kuya hi nantswo (Ndzi engetele total 1 teaspoon ya pink Himalayan salt (1/4 tsp loko ndzi ri karhi ndzi gayela anyanisi + 3/4 tsp eka ti chickpeas)
- 1/4 Xipunu xa Chukele (Ndzi tirhise chukele ra nhlaka)
