  • Mafurha yo sweka 2 tbs
  • Mafurha yo sweka yo gayela
  • Mati yo hisa tani hi leswi swi lavekaka
  • Chkele 2 tbs

  • Saunf (Mbewu ya fennel) leyi pfotlosiweke 1⁄2 tsp
