Para sa Pakodas
2 malalaking Sibuyas, gadgad 1 pulgada-Luya, gadgad 1 tsp Turmeric powder 1 tsp Red Chilli powder 1 tsp Coriander powder Salt sa panlasa 1 tbsp Coriander seeds, roasted & crushed 1 cup Gram Flour/Besan ½ tasang Buttermilk Oil para sa deep frying
Para sa Buttermilk Mixture
1/5 cup Sour Buttermilk o 1 tasang dahi na natubigan 1 tbsp Gram Flour/Besan (maliit na nabunton) 1 tsp Turmeric powder Salt sa panlasa < br>Para sa Kadhi
1 tbsp Ghee 1 tbsp Oil 1 tsp Cumin seeds 1 inch-Ginger, halos tinadtad 4-5 Garlic Cloves, halos tinadtad 2 Dry Red Chillies 1 tbsp Coriander seeds, roasted & crushed 2 large Onions, grated 1 tsp Red Chilli powder 1 tsp Coriander powder 2 malalaking Tomatoes, halos tinadtad Salt to taste Pinong tinadtad na dahon ng kulantro para sa dekorasyon
