Mga Sangkap

:

Para sa Kumukulong Chana:

  • 1 tasang Kala Chana (pinakuluang)
  • ¾ tsp Salt
  • 3 tasang Tubig

Para sa Chana Tadka:

  • 4 tbsp Langis
  • 1 no Tej Patta
  • ½ tsp Heeng (asafoetida)
  • 2nos Kali Elichi (Black cardamom)
  • 7-8nos Cloves
  • 8-10nos Kali Mirch (black pepper)
  • 1tbsp Ginger chopped
  • 1no Green chilli chopped
  • 2 tsp Kashmiri chilli powder
  • ½ tsp Haldi
  • 1 tbsp Dhaniya ( Coriander Powder)
  • para sa lasa Salt
  • ¾ tsp Kasoori methi powder

Para sa Chana Chaat:

  • ½ tasang Aloo (Patatas na pinakuluan at hiniwa)
  • ½ tasang sibuyas na tinadtad
  • ½ tasa Pipino (tinadtad)
  • ½ tasang kamatis na tinadtad
  • tikim ng Asin
  • ½ tsp Black salt
  • 1½ tsp Jeera (Cumin, roasted & durog)
  • 2 tsp Chaat masala
  • 1 kutsarang Amchur powder
  • ½ tsp Red chilly powder
  • 1no Green chilli chopped
  • 1no Lemon
  • handful Coriander chopped
