- 4 Cloves - Bawang, Manipis na Hiniwa
- 1 - Shallot, Pinong Diced
- 300g - Swiss Brown Mushrooms, Thinly Sliced
- 2 Tbs - White Wine (Gumamit ng murang White Wine, Chardonnay ang ginamit ko) Maaaring palitan ng Vegetable Stock o Chicken Stock.
- 2 Tbs - Curly Parsley, Tinadtad (Maaaring palitan ng Flat Leaf Parsley)
- 1 tsp - Thyme, Tinadtad
- 400ml - Full Fat Cream (Thickened Cream)
