Maelekezo:

Bakuli mein baisan,zeera,baking soda,chumvi ya pinki,mafuta ya kupikia aur thora thora ker ka pani shamil karein aur 4-5 dakika kliya ache tarhan whisk ker lein aur dhak ker 10 dakika kliya chor dein.
Mortal & pestle mein hari mirchein,lehsan,adrak,zeera,pink salt,hara dhania aur podina ker ache tarhan crush ker ka paste bana lein.
Chotay kikaango mein mafuta ya kupikia,zeera,rai. dana,sabut lal mirch aur curry pata dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Kukusanya: Kutoa sahani mein kulowekwa baray,tayyar podina dahi,tadka,lal mirch kusagwa,chaat masala aur papri dal ker kutumikia karein!
