Sweetcorn Chila with Spicy Coriander Chutney
Metsoako:
- 2 sweetcorn e tala, grated
- 1 sekotoana se senyane sa ginger, se sitiloeng

- Sehlopha se senyenyane sa coriander, se khaotsoeng
- 1 tsp ajwain (peo ea carrom)
- Hing
- 1/2 tsp phofo ea turmeric
- Letsoai ho latsoa
- 1/4 senoelo sa besan (phoofo ea lierekisi) kapa phofo ea raese
- Oli kapa botoro bakeng sa ho pheha
Chutney Metsoako:
