  • 1/2 ho isa ho 1/4 Teaspoon ea Cayenne Pepere kapa phofo ea Indian Chili (KGETHO)
  • 140g / 3/4 Mohope oa tamati (tamati e boholo bo mahareng e 1)
  • 1/4 Cup / 60ml Metsi kapa kamoo ho hlokehang
  • Letswai ho latswa (ke kentse kakaretso ya teaspoon e 1 ya letsoai la Himalaya e pinki (1/4 tsp ha ke ntse ke hadika eiee + 3/4 tsp ho lierekisi)
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Sugar (Ke sebelisitse tsoekere ea 'moba)
