- Likopi tse 2 (kenyelletsa le metsi) / 1 Can (540ml Can Low Sodium) - Li-chickpeas TSE ATSOANG MMOHO LE MOLELEKI OA HO APEHANG KHICKPEA (aquafaba)
- Khaba e 3 ea oli ea mohloaare kapa oli ea ho pheha ea khetho
- 2 Bay leave
- 1+1/2 senoelo / 200g Eiee - e khaoletsoeng hantle
- Khaba e 1 ea Konofolo - e khabeloa hantle (li-clove tse 4 ho isa ho tse 5 tsa konofolo)
- 1/2 Tablespoon Ginger - e khabetsoeng hamonate (1/2 inch ginger)
- 2 tablespoon Paste ea tamati kapa ho latsoa
- Teapone e 1 ya Ground Cumin
- Teaspoon e 1 ea Coriander ea Ground
- 1 Teaspoon Paprika (HA E TSWE)
- 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric
- 1/2 teaspoon Pepere e Ntšo ea Tea
- 1/2 ho isa ho 1/4 Teaspoon ea Cayenne Pepere kapa phofo ea Indian Chili (KGETHO)
- 140g / 3/4 Mohope oa tamati (tamati e boholo bo mahareng e 1)
- 1/4 Cup / 60ml Metsi kapa kamoo ho hlokehang
- Letswai ho latswa (ke kentse kakaretso ya teaspoon e 1 ya letsoai la Himalaya e pinki (1/4 tsp ha ke ntse ke hadika eiee + 3/4 tsp ho lierekisi)
- 1/4 Teaspoon Sugar (Ke sebelisitse tsoekere ea 'moba)
- 1/2 Teaspoon Garam Masala
