1/2 qaado milix madaw1/2 qaado budada sinjibiil (qalalan)
1/2 tsp p>1 tsp Sisinta Seeds
Qaabka: aan ku bilowno in Tamarind-ka lagu qooyo saxanka biyaha (kulul) ilaa 15 ilaa 20 daqiiqo. 20 daqiiqo ka dib ku dar Tamarind ee blender si aad u sameyso koollada. Marka xigta, cadaadis Tamarind saxarka (sida ku cad fiidiyowga) oo ku dar Biyaha isticmaalaya qooynta Tamarind. Hadda ku dar saxarka Tamarind ee digsiga 2 ilaa 3 daqiiqo ka dibna ku dar Jaggery, Coriander & Cumin Seeds Powder, Salt Black, Ginger Powder (qallalan), Kashmiir Budada Chilli Cas, Cusbo. Marka xigta, karkari Chutney ilaa 3 ilaa 4 daqiiqo ka dib ku dar sisinta. Marka xigta dami Ololka oo Tamarind Macmacaan iyo dhanaan Chutney ayaa diyaar u ah in lagu adeego.
