-Dhariga, ku dar digir madow, basasha ilmaha, tamaandhada, toonta ginger, cusbo casaan, casaan. budada basbaaska, budada korayander, budada garam masalaha, budada qamuun, budada turmeric, saliid khardal, biyo, si fiican isku walaaq & isku kari, dabool oo dabka yar shiil ilaa digaaggu jilicsan yahay (40-50 daqiiqo).
