Waxyaabaha ka kooban:

-Hara dhania (koraandar cusub) oo muggeed
-Biyaha ½ Koob
-Maida (daqiiqda ujeedo kasta leh) oo la miiray 2 & ½ koob
-Zeera (iniin kamiin ah) 1 tsp
-Kalonji (iniinta Nigella) ½ tsp
-Himalayan milix casaan ah ½ tsp ama dhadhamin
-Lal mirch (Basbas cas) oo la shiiday 1 tsp
-Ajwain (iniin carom) ½ tsp
-Salida karinta 1 qaado oo ah
-saliid wax lagu karsado 1 tsp
-Saliid wax lagu shiilo
Jihooyin:
-Blender jug mein palak,lehsa,adrak,hari mirchein,hara dhania aur pani dal ker ache tarhan blend ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Bowl mein maida,zeera,kalonji,pink salt,lal mirch crushed aur ajwain dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Salida karinta dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Thora thora ker ka isku dhafka cagaarka ah shamil karein aur ghand ker cajiinka tayyar ker lein aur dhak ker 15 minutes kliya chor dein.
-Maida chirak dein aur cajiinka ko stretch ker ka smooth cajiinka tayyar ker lein.
-Gacmo dufan leh ki madad sa chota dough (50g) lein aur ball bana lein.
-Ooking oil dal dein aur haath ki madad sa cajiinka ko pheela lein.
