Yogurt Flatbread Recipe

Ingredients:
- makapu maviri (250g) Hupfu (gorosi/gorosi rose)
- 1 1/3 makapu (340g) yoga yoga
- 1 teaspoon Munyu
- 2 maspuni eBaking powder
Yekubhurasha:
- 4 maspuni (60g) Butter, yakapfava
- 2-3 clove Garlic, yakapwanyika
- 1-2 maspuni Makwenzi emuchero (parsley/coriander/dhiri)
Nzira:
- Gadzira chingwa: Mundiro huru, upfu hwakasanganiswa, hupfu hwekubikira uye munyu. Wedzera yogati uye sanganisa kusvikira mukanyiwa wakapfava uye wakatsetseka.
- Kamura mukanyiwa kuita zvidimbu 8-10 zvakaenzana. Kanda chidimbu chimwe nechimwe kuita bhora. Vhara mabhora wozorora kwemaminitsi gumi nemashanu.
- Zvichakadaro gadzirai musanganiswa webhota: mundiro diki sanganisa bota, garlic yakapwanyika neparsley yakachekwa. Isa parutivi.
- Kanzura bhora rega rega kuita denderedzwa rinenge 1/4 cm gobvu.
- Kuisa chipani chihombe kana kuti pani isina tsvimbo pamusoro pekupisa kwepakati. Kana pani ichipisa, wedzera imwe denderedzwa yekanyiwa kune yakaoma skillet uye gadzira kwemaminetsi maviri, kusvikira pasi mashava uye mabhuru aonekwa. Flip uye bika kwemamwe maminitsi 1-2.
